Overview
We believe that safe performance is achieved through planning, leadership, and disciplined execution. EP International applies structured HSE controls across all activities, ensuring safe working conditions for employees, subcontractors, and visitors. Management maintains the authority and responsibility to assess risks, apply controls, and ensure that safety requirements are implemented consistently on every site.
Environmental responsibility is also a key priority in our operations. We implement environmentally friendly practices and support compliance through periodic Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), particularly when activities change or new work is introduced. Significant environmental aspects are identified and controlled through effective monitoring and preventive measures to avoid non-conformance and protect surrounding communities.
Our safety framework follows a Zero Incident mindset supported by risk assessment, hazard identification techniques, training, documented procedures, and clear work instructions. For significant hazards, we apply a hierarchy of controls and monitoring mechanisms appropriate to the nature and risk level of each activity.
